just wanted to remind you that these CHARCUTERIE EASTER BASKETS exist, and they’re actually so easy to make! Pair with my CARROT FRENCH 75 (recipe on site), and you’ll have the perfect Easter brunch plans

CHARCUTERIE EASTER BASKETS
◻️ 6 puff pastry shells
◻️ Salami
◻️ Mini brie bites
◻️ Sliced cheese (I used havarti)
◻️ Hard cheese (I used cotswold)
◻️ Grapes
◻️ Mini chocolate eggs
◻️ Dried fruit (I used dried tangerine)
◻️ Chamomile

1. Preheat the oven to 425. Bake the puff pastry shells for 18-20 minutes or according to package directions. Remove from oven and cool on a baking rack.
2. In the meantime, arrange folded salami and mini brie bites on tooth picks. Cut the hard cheese into bite sized pieces. Cut the sliced cheese into a small strip.
3. When the puff pastry shells are cooled, remove the center of each pastry. Arrange all ingredients, except the sliced cheese strip in the pastry. Arch the sliced cheese over the pastry shell, as the Easter basket handle. Enjoy!

GARDEN GLOW COLLINS (makes 1)
◻️ 1 oz gin, I used Hendrick’s
◻️ 3/4 oz lemon juice
◻️ 3/4 oz tarragon syrup
◻️ 1 cup arugula
◻️ 3 oz club soda
◻️ Tarragon sprig, lemon slices and edible flowers, for garnish

Tarragon Syrup
◻️ 1/2 cup sugar
◻️ 1/2 cup water
◻️ 1/2 cup tarragon leaves, loosely packed

1. To a cocktail shaker - Add gin, lemon juice, tarragon syrup, and arugula. Muddle to release the flavor from the arugula. Add ice and shake vigorously until chilled.
2. Strain into a cocktail glass over fresh ice. Top with club soda and stir to combine.
3. If desired, garnish with tarragon, lemon and edible flowers.

Tarragon Syrup
1. In a small saucepan, combine sugar and water over medium heat. Bring to a simmer, stirring frequently until the sugar dissolves.
2. Remove from heat, add the tarragon leaves and stir. Allow the tarragon to steep for 15 minutes. Strain through a fine mesh strainer. store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.

egg-cellent hosts know they need to make these cutie jello shots for Easter 🍓🐰🥚

Straw-bunny Creamsicle Jello Shots (makes 16)
◽️1/2 cup vanilla vodka
◽️1/4 cup Cointreau or triple sec
◽️1/2 cup coconut milk
◽️3 (0.25 oz) pks gelatin
◽️1 1/4 cup Simply Strawberry Juice
◽️1 tsp pink edible glitter
◽️Coconut oil spray
◽️Whipped cream or whipped topping
◽️Optional toppings: sprinkles, edible flowers, mint

1. Bring strawberry juice to boil. In the meantime, add vanilla vodka, Cointreau and coconut milk to a mixing bowl. Sprinkle gelatin over mixture and let sit for 1 minute to soften.
2. Add hot strawberry juice and pink edible glitter to the bowl. Stir until the gelatin is completely dissolved.
3. Generously grease the silicone egg molds with coconut oil. Place the molds on a plate or board so they’re easy to transfer. Fill the molds with the gelatin mixture. Refrigerate for 3-4 hours or until firm.
4. When ready to serve, carefully remove the jello shots from the molds. You may need to run a paring knife around the edges if they are sticking. Place on a serving plate. Top each egg with a dollop of whipped cream or whipped topping (whipped topping will hold for longer). If desired, top with sprinkles, edible flowers and mint sprigs.

the SOFT LANDING is my low alcohol riff on one of our fav cocktails, a paper plane 🍋

SOFT LANDING (makes 1)
◻️ 1 1/2 oz fresh grapefruit juice
◻️ 1/2 oz Amaro Nonino
◻️ 1/2 oz Aperol
◻️ 1/2 oz lemon juice
◻️ Pinch sea salt
◻️ Dehydrated grapefruit, for garnish

1. To a cocktail shaker - Add grapefruit juice, Amaro Nonino, Aperol, lemon juice, sea salt and ice. Shake for 20 seconds, until well chilled.
2. Strain into a chilled coupe glass. If desired, garnish with a dehydrated grapefruit slice.

Añejo Old Fashioned (makes 1)
◻️1 tsp agave syrup
◻️ 2 dashes orange bitters
◻️ 2 dashes mole bitters
◻️ 2 oz Don Julio Añejo
◻️ Pinch sea salt
◻️ Orange peel, for garnish
◻️ Brandied cherry, for garnish

1. To a rocks glass - Add agave, bitters, tequila and a tiny pinch of sea salt. Mix to combine. Add a large rock of ice and stir for 20 seconds.
2. Garnish with an orange peel and brandied cherry.

LUCKY CHARMING MARTINI (makes 1)
◻️ 1 1/2 oz Lucky Charms Infused Whiskey
◻️ 1 1/2 oz Baileys Irish Cream
◻️ 1/2 tsp matcha powder
◻️ Frosting, for rim
◻️ Lucky Charms cereal marshmallow, for rim

1. Prepare Lucky Charms Infused Whiskey: Remove all marshmallows except the green marshmallows so only the cereal and green marshmallows remain. Add to a jar with Irish whiskey. Seal and infuse for 20-30 minutes. Strain, discarding solids.
2. Use a butter knife to spread frosting along the rim of a cocktail glass. 4. Place Lucky Charms marshmallows around the rim of the glass.
3. Add Lucky Charms Infused Whiskey, Baileys, matcha and ice to a cocktail shaker and shake until chilled.
4. Strain cocktail mixture into the prepared glass.
