How to Elevate Your Cocktails This Spring

One of my most frequently asked questions is where I get my glassware and decor. I love finding unique and fun glassware because it makes enjoying a cocktail that much better, plus it’s an easy way to impress your company if you’re hosting any get-togethers.

For this cocktail, I used the Daphne Ribbed Coupe from World Market which elegantly shows off this delicious Blooms & Bubbles Cocktail. I also used the Petal Ice Spheres to create the pretty petal ice sphere, the Julian Gold Hammered Jigger, and the Gold Metal and Ribbed Glass Cocktail Shaker to mix up this cocktail.

World Market is a go-to destination for an eclectic range of products, from home decor and kitchen essentials to consumable items. The brand offers an exceptional collection of inspiring and distinctive products that cater to all styles. They have become a one-stop shop for everyday basics and necessities, while also providing offbeat and quirky items to add a unique touch to your home, kitchen, and recipes. This is what makes the shopping experience at World Market so special for any season.

Ingredients for the Blooms & Bubbles Cocktail

  • Gin: this recipe works great with a more botanical-tasting gin like Hendrick’s Gin or The Botanist, but check out this guide here to finding the best gin for your drink.
  • Grapefruit juice: fresh-squeezed is always the best option for the freshest cocktail, but store-bought grapefruit juice will work great for this cocktail as well.
  • Honey syrup: to create your honey syrup, add equal parts of your preferred brand of honey and hot water. Stir the mixture well. P.S. This ingredient is a staple!
  • Belvoir Elderflower And Rose Lemonade: This lightly sparkling lemonade captures the floral taste of elderflower and rose petals. Serve chilled as a sophisticated and refreshing alternative to alcohol, or add pink or white wine for a delicious spritzer. I used it in the cocktail and also to create the petal ice spheres.
  • La Marca Prosecco Rosé: Bubbly and lively, this Prosecco is combined with the delicate elegance of Pinot Noir and boasts classic notes of fresh-picked citrus, honeysuckle, peach and pear, blended beautifully with hints of ripe red cherry, raspberry and wild strawberry.
  • Edible flowers and citrus: garnish with a gorgeous edible flower like a pansy, rose, or hibiscus.

How to Make the Blooms & Bubbles Cocktail

First, prepare the Petal Ice Spheres. Fill the Peak Petal Sphere Ice Mold with Belvoir Elderflower And Rose Lemonade. Freeze for 4 hours or until frozen solid.

Then, add the Petal Ice Sphere to a coupe cocktail glass. Next, add the gin, grapefruit juice, and honey syrup to a cocktail shaker with ice. Use the beautiful Julian Gold Hammered Jigger and Gold Metal and Ribbed Glass Cocktail Shaker to mix it up. Shake until chilled and strain into a cocktail glass, like the Daphne Ribbed Coupe. If desired, garnish with edible flowers and a citrus peel or round.
