The Toasted Ghost Espresso Mocktini is the spooky sip of the season! This playful Halloween mocktail is made with espresso, toasted marshmallow creamer, bitters, vanilla and features spooky marshmallow creme ghosts.
1ozunsweetened toasted marshmallow creamerI used nutpods
1ozsimple syrup
1/4tsppure vanilla extract
3-4dashes NA aromatic bittersI used All the Bitter

Instructions
Add marshmallow creme to the inside of the cocktail glass, using the back of a spoon. Optionally, use permanent markers to draw ghost faces on the glass.
To a cocktail shaker - Add espresso, marshmallow creamer, simple syrup, vanilla extract, bitters and ice. Shake until well chilled.
Strain into prepared cocktail glass. Garnish with toasted marshmallows.
Notes
Cocktail version: For a classic espresso martini, add 1 1/2 oz vodka or vanilla vodka and 1/2 oz coffee liqueur.
I used unsweetened marshmallow creamer, if you use a sweetened version, eliminate or decrease the simple syrup.
Have fun and toast your own marshmallows. You can toast your own marshmallows on the stove, over a fire, or with a kitchen torch.
