The Peppermint Espresso Mocktini blends chilled espresso, cream, and a burst of peppermint, all dressed up in a chocolate-dipped rim and topped with a mini candy cane!
Add chocolate syrup to a shallow dish and Great Value Peppermint Crumble to a second dish. Dip the rim of a coupe glass into the chocolate syrup. Submerge in the Peppermint Crumble until the rim is coated.
Add espresso, heavy cream, simple syrup, peppermint extract, vanilla extract and ice to a cocktail shaker and shake until chilled.
Strain the mocktail mixture into the prepared coupe glass. If desired, garnish with a mini candy cane.
