Sweet Le-Mom Spritz
If you're in the mood for a vibrant and invigorating cocktail, look no further than the Sweet Le-Mom Spritz that combines the crispness of Lillet Blanc and gin with the zesty tang of lemon Italian soda and lemon juice.
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 oz Lillet Blanc
- 1 oz Gin
- 1/3 cup Lemon Italian soda
- 1/4 oz Lemon juice
- 1/4 cup Diced dragon fruit
- Optional: butterfly pea flower ice spheres
- For garnish: lemon, edible flowers
Instructions
- Add chilled butterfly pea flower tea to an ice cube mold. Freeze until solid.
- Fill a cocktail glass with butterfly pea flower ice. Add Lillet Blanc, gin, lemon Italian soda and lemon juice to a glass. Add diced dragon fruit.
- If desired, garnish with a lemon round and edible flowers. Stir before enjoying.
