This dreamy Valentine’s Cocktail mixes fresh strawberries, gin, and silky Greek yogurt into a perfectly balanced sip. Made with fresh, simple ingredients and 5 minutes of prep. This cocktail is perfect for a romantic date night or Galentine’s party.
To a cocktail shaker - Add strawberries and honey syrup. Muddle firmly to until strawberries are broken down.
Add Waterloo Prickly Pear & Rose Gin, lime juice, Greek yogurt, vanilla extract and ice. Shake for about 30 seconds until smooth and well chilled.
Strain into a cocktail glass over ice.
For cupid’s arrow garnish - Place 1 heart candy on a long toothpick or skewer with the pointed edge facing out forming the tip of the arrow. Cut the other gummy candy into 3 v-shaped pieces, starting from the top of the heart. Place the 3 pieces on the other side of the skewer, spacing them out slightly as the “feather” of the arrow.
Notes
Shake thoroughly: Thick yogurt needs a really good shake. Make sure everything is fully combined before straining.
Straining: Muddled strawberries can sometimes clog your strainer. Try a fine mesh strainer if you need.
Make it a mocktail: Sub the gin for coconut water or chamomile tea.
