Spiked Strawberry Peeps Soda
This Spiked Strawberry Peeps Soda is made with infused vodka, strawberry syrup, sparkling water, whipped cream, sprinkles, and topped with more Peeps Marshmallow Candies. Cheers!
Equipment
- Tall glass
- Small saucepan
- Sealable jar
Ingredients
For the Peeps-Infused Vodka
- 5 Peeps Marshmallow Candies (half a package)
- 1 cup vodka
For the Strawberry Syrup:
- ½ cup diced strawberries
- ½ cup granulated sugar
- ¾ cup water
- ½ tbsp lemon juice
For the Spiked Strawberry Peeps Soda
- 1½ oz Peeps-Infused Vodka
- ¾ - 1 oz strawberry syrup
- 6 oz sparkling water
- whipped cream
- sprinkles
- Peeps Bunnies Marshmallow Candies, for garnish
Instructions
For the Peeps-Infused Vodka
- Add Peeps Infused Vodka and strawberry syrup to a tall glass. Fill with ice.
- Fill the glass with sparkling water and stir.
- Top with whipped cream and sprinkles. Garnish with a Peeps candy, if desired.
For the Strawberry Syrup:
- Add all ingredients to a small saucepan over medium heat and bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Remove from heat and cool. Strain out strawberries and store the syrup in an airtight container.
For the Spiked Strawberry Peeps Soda
- Add Peeps Infused Vodka and strawberry syrup to a tall glass. Fill with ice.
- Fill the glass with sparkling water and stir.
- Top with whipped cream and sprinkles. Garnish with a Peeps candy, if desired.
