This Spicy Cucumber Michelada is a bold beer cocktail made with Mexican lager, Bloody Mary mix, jalapeno and cucumber.

Ingredients

cucumber

fresh jalapeño

dashes
hot sauce
2
oz
Bloody Mary mix
or Clamato
4
oz
Mexican Beer
I used Pacifico
Juice of half a small lime
reserve other half for garnish
Tajin
for rim
Instructions
Prepare your glass - Add Tajín to a shallow dish. Moisten the rim of the glass with lime juice. Roll in the Tajín until coated.
Add cucumber, jalapeño and hot sauce to your glass and gently muddle.
Fill your glass with ice. Add Bloody Mary mix or Clamato and lime to taste. Fill the glass with beer and stir.⠀

Chill everything first to
keep the
drink crisp and refreshing.

as you like.

with your favorite non-alcoholic beer.
