Ingredients
For the Roses & Raspberry Spritzer
- 1 cup Château Respide-Médeville Graves Blanc Sec 2017
- ½ oz raspberry rose syrup
- ½ oz fresh lemon juice
- 2 oz lemon sparkling water
- Rose petal ice cubes
For the Raspberry Rose Syrup
- ½ cup sugar
- ⅔ cup water
- ½ cup edible dried rose petals
- ½ cup raspberries
Instructions
For the Roses & Raspberry Spritzer
- Combine all ingredients and stir. Divide into 2 glasses and serve over rose petal ice cubes.
For the Raspberry Rose Syrup
- Add all ingredients to a small saucepan and bring to a boil stirring to dissolve sugar.
- Reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes. Cool and strain into a jar.
- Cool and strain into a jar.
