Add black tea, juice from meyer lemon, pumpkin puree, aquafaba, maple syrup, turmeric and pumpkin pie spice to a cocktail shaker and dry shake (without ice) until foamy. Add 2-3 large ice cubes and shake until cubes are melted. Pour into a coupe glass.
Top with a sprinkle of pumpkin pie spice and star anise, if desired.

Adjust the drink your taste before pouring into the glass with more lemon or maple syrup.
