Pretty In Pink is a floral, fruity sip topped with a little sparkling water for just the right amount of effervescence. This dragon fruit cocktail drink is bright, refreshing, and so pretty!

Ingredients

tbsp
diced dragon fruit
1/2
oz
simple syrup
1 1/2
oz
rosé wine
I used Gelson’s Rosé Wine
1 1/2
oz
gin
I used Hendrick’s
3/4
oz
meyer lemon juice
Splash sparkling water
Dash vanilla extract
Mint
for garnish
Dragon fruit
for garnish
Edible flowers
for garnish
Instructions
Add dragon fruit and simple syrup to a cocktail shaker and muddle until broken down. Add rosé, gin, lemon juice and ice and shake until well chilled.
Strain into a cocktail glass over fresh ice. Top with a splash of sparkling water. If desired, garnish with mint, edible flowers and dragon fruit.
