Pineapple Mezcal Mule
Get summer-ready with a bright and tangy Pineapple Mezcal Mule! Tangy, sweet and a little smoky, it’s a grown-up kind of cocktail that will impress anyone you make it for. It honestly takes 3 minutes to make, and it’s a total show-stopper with its frilly pineapple garnish.
Equipment
- 1 Jigger
- Copper mugs
Ingredients
- 2 oz mezcal
- 3 oz ginger beer I recommend Q Mixers Light Ginger Beer
- 1 oz pineapple juice
- 1/2 oz lime juice
- Pineapple for garnish
- Lime for garnish
- Cilantro for garnish
Instructions
- Fill a copper mug with ice. Add mezcal, ginger beer, pineapple juice and lime juice. Stir to combine.
- If desired, garnish with a pineapple slice and frond, lime slice and cilantro sprig.
Notes
- Chill your ingredients.
- Swap mezcal for tequila if you don't like a smoky drink. If you like a little bit of smoke, try half tequila and half mezcal!
- For a less sweet mule, try a light ginger beer like I did or use a combo of ginger beer and club soda.
