Add pandan-infused gin, the juice from the can of lychees, lemon juice, sparkling water and peach juice to a pitcher and stir to combine.
Divide into glasses over ice. Garnish with lychees, peach slices and edible flowers.
Pandan-Infused Gin
Add gin and dried pandan leaves to an airtight jar. Infuse in the refrigerator for 1-2 days. Strain out solids using a fine mesh strainer. Discard solids.
