  • 4 oz ginger ale I used Q GINGER ALE
  • 1 lemon
  • 1 blood orange juiced
  • 1 scoop collagen powder
  • 1/2 tbsp honey
  • 1 cup coconut water
  • Lemon zest, dried hibiscus, sea salt for rim
  • Sage for garnish
  • Blood orange for garnish

Instructions

  • Wash lemon and cut into wedges. Remove seeds. Add to blender. Add blood orange juice, collagen powder, honey and coconut water to blender and blend until smooth. Strain mixture through a fine mesh strainer.
  • Combine lemon zest, dried hibiscus and sea salt on a shallow dish. Moisten the rim of each glass using citrus or honey. Dip in salt mixture until coated.
  • Fill glasses with ice. Divide mocktail mixture into the glasses. Add Q GINGER ALE. If desired, garnish with sage and blood orange slices.
