Add cherries and honey to a cocktail shaker and muddle until broken down. Add berry tea and lemon juice. Strain mixture to remove solids and return liquid to the shaker.
Add egg white and ice to the shaker and shake until mixture is chilled. Remove ice and shake until foamy.
Pour mixture into a coupe glass. Add LaCroix Cherry Blossom. If desired, garnish with a cherry and edible flowers.
