Kiwi Crush Mocktail

This kiwi crush mocktail is brimming with sunny kiwi fruit, ginger, and a touch of bitterness from the Wilderton Citrus Aperitivo.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 oz Wilderton Citrus Aperitivo
  • 1 kiwi plus more for garnish
  • 1/2 tsp grated ginger
  • 1/2 tbsp honey
  • 1/2 oz lime juice
  • Sparkling water
  • Mint for garnish
  • Edible flower for garnish

Instructions

  • Peel and dice a kiwi. Add about 3/4 of the diced kiwi to a cocktail shaker. Add grated ginger and honey and muddle until kiwi is broken down. Add Wilderton Citrus Aperitivo, lime juice and ice and shake until chilled.
  • Add remaining 1/4 diced kiwi to a wine glass and muddle. Fill glass with ice. Strain mocktail mixture into the glass. Fill glass with sparkling water and stir to combine. If desired, garnish with kiwi slices, mint and edible flowers.
