Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 oz Aperol
  • 1 oz Italian gin
  • 3/4 oz lemon juice
  • 10 basil leaves
  • 1 egg white
  • 1/4 oz simple syrup
  • Garnish: edible flower

Instructions

  • Add all cocktail ingredients to a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake until chilled. Remove ice and basil and dry shake without ice until foamy.
  • Pour cocktail mixture into a coupe glass. If desired, garnish with an edible flower.
