Ingredients

tart cherry juice

scoop magnesium powder. Be sure to use a magnesium powder that can mix with hot liquid according to package instructions.

mandarin juice (juice from 1 mandarin)

cup
chamomile tea
1
tsp
maple syrup
Garnish: Chamomile flowers, mandarin slice
Instructions
Add all ingredients to a mug. Stir to combine.
If desired, garnish with fresh chamomile flowers and a mandarin slice.
