Equipment

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 oz tequila
  • 1/2 oz Cointreau or triple sec
  • 1/2 oz agave
  • Juice from 1 lime (about 1 oz)
  • 1/4 tsp butterfly pea powder
  • Dash edible glitter dust
  • 3 blackberries, plus more for garnish
  • Black salt, for rim
  • Dehydrated lime slice, for garnish

Instructions

  • Prepare a cocktail glass with a black salt rim.
  • Add tequila, Cointreau, agave, lime juice, butterfly pea powder, edible glitter and ice in a cocktail shaker. Shake until chilled.
  • Add blackberries to the cocktail glass. Muddle until broken down. Fill glass with ice. Strain cocktail mixture into glass. If desired, garnish with a blackberry skewer and dehydrated lime slice.

Notes

  • Before straining the cocktail, taste and adjust tartness and sweetness to your liking.
  • To make a mocktail: Omit tequila and triple sec. Add 1 1/2 oz coconut water and 1 oz orange juice.
