Grapefruit Rose Mocktail Spriz
Beat the winter blues with the Grapefruit Rose Mocktail Spritz! Made with fresh squeezed grapefruit, rosewater, fruit kombucha, and sparkling water.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup fresh squeezed grapefruit juice
- 1/4 tsp rosewater
- 1/2 cup fruit kombucha (I used Healthade Guava Dragon Fruit)
- 1/4 cup sparkling water
- For rim: Grapefruit zest, dried rose petals, sugar
- For garnish: Grapefruit slice
Instructions
- Combine grapefruit zest, dried rose petals and sugar on a shallow dish.
- Rub a citrus slice along the side of a wine glass to wet with juice. Dip in the sugar mix until coated.
- Fill the prepared glass with ice. Add grapefruit juice, rosewater, kombucha, and sparkling water.
- If desired, garnish with a grapefruit slice.
