This fresh and easy-to-make Garden Gin Spritz is made with cucumber, gin, club soda, prosecco and fresh herbs. It’s perfect for brunch, al fresco dining, or just sipping all summer long!
To a cocktail shaker - Add mint, basil leaves and lemon juice. Gently muddle to release oils, but not tear apart. Add diced cucumber and honey. Muddle firmly to extract the juice from the cucumber and dissolve the honey.
Add gin and ice and shake until well chilled.
Fill a wine glass with ice. Strain cocktail mixture into the glass. Add Q CLUB SODA and prosecco and stir to combine. If desired, garnish with herbs, edible flowers and cucumber.
Notes
How to turn into mocktail: Replace gin with coconut water or chamomile tea. Replace prosecco with non-alcoholic prosecco or more Q CLUB SODA!
Use chilled prosecco and club soda.
Taste before straining and adjust sweetness or citrus to your liking.
