Frozen Hot Honey Peach Margarita
This icy cocktail is a blend of frozen peaches, tequila, Cointreau, lime, and a kick from hot honey.
Equipment
- 2-3 Cocktail glasses
Ingredients
- 2 cups frozen peach
- 4 oz tequila
- 1 oz Cointreau
- 2 limes
- 2 tbsp hot honey
- 1 cup ice
- Tajin, for rim
- For garnish: lime, peach, mint
Instructions
- Add frozen peach, tequila, Contreau, lime juice, hot honey and ice to a blender and blend until smooth.
- Brush the rim of each cocktail glass with hot honey and sprinkle with Tajin. Divide the cocktail mixture into the glasses.
- If desired, garnish with lime, peach and a mint sprig. Enjoy immediately.
