My easy Amaretto Spritz made with amaretto, prosecco, lemon and sparkling water, is the perfect way to unwind after dinner with family and friends.

Equipment

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ oz amaretto
  • ½ oz lemon juice
  • 3 oz prosecco or sparkling wine
  • 1 oz sparkling water
  • Dehydrated citrus for garnish
  • Thyme for garnish

Instructions

  • Fill a wine glass with ice. Add amaretto, lemon juice, prosecco and a splash of sparkling water. Stir to combine.
  • If desired, garnish with dehydrated citrus and thyme

Notes

  • Customize the ingredient quantities to your liking. Start with less amaretto and add more to your taste.
  • Chill your Prosecco and other ingredients ahead of time for a crisp and refreshing cocktail.
