Cucumber Vodka Soda
The Cucumber Vodka Soda is made with 5-ingredients, includsive of fresh cucumber juice, a squeeze of lime juice, honey, club soda, and your choice of vodka!

Ingredients
- 4 oz cucumber juice (about half a small cucumber)
- 4 oz vodka
- 1 oz lime juice
- 1 oz honey syrup
- 1 oz club soda
- Garnish: cucumber slice, mint, edible flowers
Instructions
- To make the cucumber juice, cube half a small cucumber and blend until smooth. Add a splash of water if necessary for blending. Strain out the pulp with a fine mesh strainer over a measuring cup.
- Add cucumber juice, vodka, lime juice and honey syrup to a cocktail shaker with ice and shake until chilled.
- Divide into 2 cocktail glasses filled with ice. Fill each glass with club soda and stir. Garnish with a cucumber slice, mint sprig and edible flower.
