Cherry Merry Mocktail (Festive Christmas Recipe)
This Cherry Merry Mocktail is a creamy, fizzy Christmas mocktail made with coconut milk, cherry syrup, lime juice, and club soda, finished with a festive Cherry Limeade pop for garnish. Perfect for holiday parties, cozy Christmas celebrations, or gatherings with kids and adults, this mocktail is fun for all ages and only takes 5 minutes to mix!

- 1 Outshine Fruit Blends Cherry Limeade bar
- 2 oz coconut milk beverage from carton
- 3/4 oz syrup from maraschino cherries or grenadine
- 1/4-1/2 oz fresh lime juice
- 1/4 tsp pure vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup club soda
- Maraschino cherry for garnish
- Mint sprig for garnish
- Shredded coconut and marshmallow cream for rim
Instructions
- Prepare glass - add shredded coconut to a shallow dish. Spread the rim of the glass with a thin layer of marshmallow cream. Dip in the shredded coconut until coated.
- To a cocktail shaker - add coconut milk, cherry syrup, lime juice, vanilla extract and ice. Shake until well chilled.
- Strain the mocktail mixture into the prepared glass over ice. Top with club soda. Garnish with an Outshine Cherry Limeade bar, mint and maraschino cherry.
Notes
- Use coconut milk beverage from a carton for a smooth, pourable texture.
- Chill your coconut milk beverage and club soda ahead of time for a cold, crisp mocktail.
