Instructions
Fill a wine glass with ice. Add mint leaves and elderflower liqueur. Gently muddle to release oils from mint. Let sit for 2-3 minutes.
Fill the glass with ice. Add cantaloupe puree and prosecco and stir to combine. If desired, garnish with cantaloupe and edible flowers.
Notes
Chill your ingredients. Keep the prosecco and cantaloupe puree in the refrigerator prior to mixing and serving for a cold and crisp cocktail.
Adjust the quantity of elderflower liqueur to your taste. Start with the directed amount and add more if you like a sweeter drink.
You can swap cantaloupe for honeydew or watermelon for this melon spritz.
