The Bubbly French Blonde is my spin on Taylor Swift's new fave cocktail! It boasts grapefruit juice, Lillet Blanc, gin, and elderflower liqueur.

Ingredients

  • 2 oz fresh grapefruit juice
  • 1 1/2 oz Lillet Blanc
  • 1 oz dry gin
  • 1/2 oz elderflower liqueur
  • Splash of champagne
  • Garnish: grapefruit slice, edible flowers

Instructions

  • Add grapefruit juice, Lillet Blanc, gin, elderflower liqueur and ice to a cocktail shaker and shake until chilled.
  • Strain into a coupe glass. Top with a splash of champagne. If desired, garnish with a grapefruit slice and edible flowers.
