Bubbly French Blonde
The Bubbly French Blonde is my spin on Taylor Swift's new fave cocktail! It boasts grapefruit juice, Lillet Blanc, gin, and elderflower liqueur.
Ingredients
- 2 oz fresh grapefruit juice
- 1 1/2 oz Lillet Blanc
- 1 oz dry gin
- 1/2 oz elderflower liqueur
- Splash of champagne
- Garnish: grapefruit slice, edible flowers
Instructions
- Add grapefruit juice, Lillet Blanc, gin, elderflower liqueur and ice to a cocktail shaker and shake until chilled.
- Strain into a coupe glass. Top with a splash of champagne. If desired, garnish with a grapefruit slice and edible flowers.
