The Blue Hawaiian Mocktail is a non-alcoholic twist on the tropical cocktail favorite. With flavors of orange, pineapple and coconut and a vibrant blue hue, this mocktail is perfect for beachy vibes!
To a shallow dish - add salt and dried edible flowers. Moisten the rim of a cocktail glass. Roll in salt mixture until coated.
To a cocktail shaker - add pineapple juice, orange juice, cream of coconut, lime juice, blue spirulina powder and ice. Shake for 20-30 seconds until well chilled.
Double strain into your prepared cocktail glass over ice. Top with sparkling water. If desired, garnish with a pineapple slice, pineapple frond and lime slice.

Chill your ingredients.
Use a fine mesh strainer to avoid any clumps of blue spirulina.
