Beach Barbie Cocktail
This tropical cocktail combines the smoothness of vodka, floral notes of elderflower liqueur, essence of guava juice, and a hint of zesty lemon.
Ingredients
Beach Barbie Cocktail
- 1 1/5 oz Vodka
- 1 1/2 oz Guava juice
- 3/4 oz Elderflower liqueur
- 1/2 oz Lemon juice
- Pink edible glitter
- 2 oz Sparkling water
- Barspoon beet juice (optional)
- Pink sanding sugar, for rim
- For garnish: Edible flower, lemon
Instructions
Beach Barbie Cocktail
- Add pink sanding sugar to a shallow dish. Brush the rim of a cocktail glass with honey and submerge in sugar until coated.
- Add vodka, elderflower liqueur, guava juice, lemon juice and edible glitter to a cocktail glass. Stir to combine.
- Fill the glass with ice. Top off with sparkling water. If using, add beet juice and stir to combine.
- If desired, garnish with an edible flower and lemon slice.
