The Apple-rol Spritz combines Aperol, prosecco, hard cider, and sparkling water making it a crisp fall-inspired cocktail!

Ingredients

  • 1 oz Aperol
  • 2 oz prosecco
  • 2 oz hard cider
  • Splash of sparkling water
  • For rim: caramel, cinnamon sugar
  • For garnish: apple slice, cinnamon stick

Instructions

  • Add caramel and cinnamon sugar to 2 shallow dishes. Dip the rim of a cocktail glass in the caramel and then cinnamon sugar until coated.
  • Fill the glass with ice. Add Aperol, prosecco, hard cider, and a splash of sparkling water. If desired, garnish with an apple slice and cinnamon stick.
