Apple-rol Spritz
The Apple-rol Spritz is a crisp autumn-inspired cocktail that combines Aperol, prosecco, cider, and sparkling water making it a must-try for anyone looking to savor the flavors of the season!
Ingredients
- 1 oz Aperol
- 2 oz prosecco
- 2 oz hard cider or apple cider
- Splash of sparkling water
- cinnamon sugar for rim
- caramel for rim
- Apple slice, cinnamon stick for garnish
Instructions
- Add caramel and cinnamon sugar to 2 shallow dishes. Dip the rim of a cocktail glass in the caramel and then cinnamon sugar until coated.
- Fill the glass with ice. Add Aperol, prosecco, cider, and a splash of sparkling water. If desired, garnish with an apple slice and cinnamon stick.
