Ingredients

  • 2 oz Licor 43
  • Double espresso shot
  • 1 scoop vanilla ice cream
  • Dark chocolate

Instructions

  • Add Licor 43, espresso and ice to a cocktail shaker. Shake until chilled.
  • Add vanilla ice cream to a coupe glass. Strain cocktail mixture over the ice cream. Top with shaved dark chocolate. Enjoy immediately!
