Materials

  • 1 can Q Mixers Hibiscus Ginger Beer
  • 1 lime
  • Oil
  • 2 jalapeño slices, plus more for garnish
  • 1 oz mezcal
  • 1 oz tequila
  • Garnish: hibiscus flower, charred lime, jalapeño

Instructions

  • Cut a lime in half and brush with oil. Char on a pan over medium heat.
  • Add juice of half of the charred lime to a mule mug. Add jalapeno slices and muddle.
  • Fill the mug with ice. Add mezcal, tequila, Q Mixers Hibiscus Ginger beer and stir to combine.
  • If desired, garnish with a charred lime slice, jalapeno and hibiscus flower.
