Grilled Peach and Burrata Salad

- 2 ripe peaches
- 8 oz burrata (2 balls)
- 4 oz prosciutto
- 8-10 fresh basil leaves
- olive oil
- Sea salt and freshly ground pepper
Cut the peaches into wedges.
Preheat grill to high heat and lightly oil grates. Grill peaches for 2-3 minutes on each side.
Arrange grilled peaches on a platter. Pull apart the burrata into pieces and add to the platter. Add prosciutto. Drizzle with olive oil and salt and pepper to taste. Sprinkle with basil leaves.
