For the Cocktail
- 1 oz gin
- 1 oz grapefruit juice
- ¼ oz honey syrup
- 2 oz Belvoir Elderflower And Rose Lemonade
- 3 oz La Marca Prosecco Rosé
- Garnish: Edible flowers
For the Ice Spheres
- 1 cup Belvoir Elderflower And Rose Lemonade
Prepare the Petal Ice Spheres. Fill the Peak Petal Sphere Ice Mold with Belvoir Elderflower And Rose Lemonade. Freeze for 4 hours or until frozen solid.
Add Petal Ice Sphere to a coupe cocktail glass.
Add gin, grapefruit juice and honey syrup to a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake until chilled and strain into cocktail glass.
If desired, garnish with edible flowers.
