Watermelon Rosé Fresca

- 2 oz watermelon juice
- ¾ oz elderflower liqueur
- lemon wedge
- 4 oz Domaine Carneros Brut Rosé
- Sparkling water
- Garnish: watermelon, lemon, edible flowers
Instructions
- Add watermelon juice, elderflower liqueur, a squeeze of lemon juice and Domaine Carneros Brut Rosé to a cocktail glass with ice.
- Top off the glass with sparkling water and stir. If desired, garnish with watermelon, lemon and edible flowers.
