Strawberry Wine Spritzer
The Strawberry Wine Spritzer is a refreshing wine cocktail that combines fresh strawberries, your favorite white wine, and a splash of soda.
Ingredients
- 1 oz strawberry puree
- 1 cup strawberries, for puree
- 1/4 cup water, for puree
- 3 oz white wine
- 1 oz sparkling water or club soda
- Strawberry, for garnish
- Mint, for garnish
- Edible flowers, for garnish
Instructions
Strawberry Puree
- Blend 1 cup strawberries with ¼ cup water. This will make enough for several spritzers.
Strawberry Wine Spritzer
- Fill a wine glass with ice. Add strawberry puree, white wine, sparkling water and stir to combine.
- If desired, garnish with strawberries, mint and edible flowers.
