Ingredients

  • 1 oz strawberry puree
  • 1 cup strawberries, for puree
  • 1/4 cup water, for puree
  • 3 oz white wine
  • 1 oz sparkling water or club soda
  • Strawberry, for garnish
  • Mint, for garnish
  • Edible flowers, for garnish

Instructions

Strawberry Puree

  • Blend 1 cup strawberries with ¼ cup water. This will make enough for several spritzers.

Strawberry Wine Spritzer

  • Fill a wine glass with ice. Add strawberry puree, white wine, sparkling water and stir to combine.
  • If desired, garnish with strawberries, mint and edible flowers.
