Spiked Cherry Slushy (Frozen Gin Cocktail)
This Spiked Cherry Slushy is a frozen gin cocktail made with juicy frozen cherries, fresh lime juice and honey. Ready in just 5 minutes, this icy, fruity cocktail is perfect for summer holidays, long weekends, backyard gatherings or anytime you want a refreshing frozen drink.
Ingredients
- 4 oz Waterloo No. 9 Gin
- 1 cup frozen cherries
- 1 ½ tbsp honey
- 2 limes juiced
- 2 cups ice
- Cherries blueberries and chamomile, for garnish
Instructions
- To a blender, add gin, frozen cherries, honey, lime juice, and ice. Blend until smooth and slushy.
- Divide between two glasses. If desired, garnish with cherries, blueberries, and chamomile.
Notes
- For perfect consistency, add a splash of water if needed for blending or add more ice or cherries for a thicker consistency.
- Mocktail version: Just leave out the gin. Add a splash of water if you need for blending.
