Rim your cocktail glass with chamoy in a shallow dish. Dip the glass in another shallow dish with tajin, and add in your ice.
Open the bottle of Spicy Tamarind Mangonada and pour it over ice.
For the Mango Flower
Peel a mango and cut it in half (long ways).
Thinly slice the mango, starting from the top. Push the mango slices so they’re arranged almost in a line and start to roll them inwards to create a flower.
Pin the mango flower with a cocktail pick or toothpick. Add the tamarind straw and any additional mango slices, if desired.
