Add dark rum, Spiced Cranberry Honey Syrup and sliced orange to a pitcher. Use a wooden spoon to break down the orange slices a bit (if doing this step in advance, store in the refrigerator until ready to serve). Before serving, add cranberries and Risata Brachetto d’Acqui to the pitcher and stir. Serve with brûléed orange slices.
Spiced Cranberry Honey Syrup
Add all ingredients to a small saucepan and stir. Bring to a boil over medium heat. Reduce heat and simmer for 3 to 5 more minutes or until the cranberries have all popped and are broken down. Strain into a jar and store for up to 2 weeks in the refrigerator.
