Ingredients
Spiced Blueberry French 75
- 3/4 oz Spiced Blueberry Syrup
- 1 oz Empress 1908 Gin
- 1/2 oz Lemon juice
- 4 oz chilled champagne or prosecco
- For garnish: blueberries, lemon twist, edible flowers
Spiced Blueberry Syrup
- 1 cup fresh blueberries
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 3/4 cup water
- 1/2 tbsp mulling spices
Instructions

- Add Spiced Blueberry Syrup, Empress 1908 Gin, lemon juice and ice to a cocktail shaker. Shake until chilled.
- Strain mixture into a cocktail glass. Top with champagne or prosecco. If desired, garnish with blueberries, a lemon twist and edible flowers.
Spiced Blueberry Syrup
- Add blueberries, sugar, water and mulling spices to a small saucepan. Bring to a boil over medium heat. Once boiling, reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes.
- Remove from heat and let mixture cool. Strain into a jar or container and discard solids.
