For the Rosemary Collins
- 2 oz vodka
- 3/4 oz rosemary syrup
- 1/2 oz lemon juice
- 4 oz club soda
- Optional: dash edible glitter
For the Snowglobe Ice
- Shredded coconut
- Water
- Fresh rosemary

For the Rosemary Collins
Add vodka, rosemary syrup, lemon juice and ice to a cocktail shaker and shake until chilled. Add club soda to mixer and swirl around.
Strain mixture into snowglobe cocktail glass over ice.
For the Snowglobe Ice
Sprinkle some shredded coconut to the bottom of a glass, then add some water.
Snip a piece of fresh rosemary for the tree and place it in the bottom. Freeze until solid.
