Unleash the magic of the season with a Snow Globe Cocktail! This rosemary collins—a mix of rosemary, lemon, vodka, and a touch of edible glitter, served with a festive snow globe presentation.
To a cocktail shaker - Add vodka, rosemary syrup, lemon juice, edible glitter and ice. Shake until chilled. Add club soda to the shaker and swirl around.
Strain mixture into snow globe cocktail glass.
For the Snow Globe Presentation
Add shredded coconut and cranberries to the bottom of a glass. Fill with about an inch of water.
Snip a piece of fresh rosemary for the tree and place it in the center of the glass. Freeze until solid, about 6 hours.
Notes
Remember to prep glasses around 6 hours before you want to enjoy the cocktail.
When making the ice: Check the rosemary around 30 minutes into freezing and make sure it is still propped up correctly. Adjust if necessary.
Mocktail Version: Replace vodka with a clear non-alcoholic spirit or coconut water.
