For Santa's Strawberry Smash

  • 1½ oz Vita Coco Mlk
  • 1½ oz gin
  • ½ oz lime juice
  • ½ oz simple syrup
  • 1 large strawberry
  • Garnish: Strawberry santa hat and mint sprig

For the Santa Hat Garnish

  • Strawberries
  • Large marshmallows
  • Mini marshmallows
  • Long toothpick

Instructions

For Santa's Strawberry Smash

  • Add gin, Vita Coco Mlk, lime juice and simple syrup to a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake until chilled.
  • Add the strawberry to the cocktail glass and gently muddle until broken down. Fill the glass with ice. Strain the cocktail mixture into the glass.
  • Garnish with a strawberry santa hat and mint sprig.

For the Santa Hat Garnish

  • Slice the hull off each strawberry to make a flat base.
  • Slice a thin strip of the large marshmallow. Flatten with your hand or place under something heavy.
  • Place the strawberry on the sticky side of the marshmallow and skewer onto your toothpick until just the tip of the toothpick comes through. Place a mini marshmallow on the tip of the toothpick.
