Ingredients

  • 1 oz strawberry puree
  • 1 1/2 oz lychee syrup (from canned lychee)
  • 1/2 oz lemon juice
  • Dash rosewater
  • 1/2 cup sparkling water
  • 1 1/2 oz Empress 1908 Elderflower Rose Gin
  • Garnish: strawberry, lychee, edible flower

Instructions

  • Add strawberry puree, lychee syrup, lemon juice and rosewater to a cocktail glass and stir to combine.
  • Fill the glass with ice. Add sparkling water. Slowly pour Empress 1908 Elderflower Rose Gin, creating a layer over the drink.
  • If desired, garnish with strawberry, lychee and an edible flower. Stir before enjoying.
