Empress 1908 Elderflower Rose Gin
Garnish: strawberry, lychee, edible flower
Instructions
Add strawberry puree, lychee syrup, lemon juice and rosewater to a cocktail glass and stir to combine.
Fill the glass with ice. Add sparkling water. Slowly pour Empress 1908 Elderflower Rose Gin, creating a layer over the drink.
If desired, garnish with strawberry, lychee and an edible flower. Stir before enjoying.
