Rose Garden Lychee Sparkler
The Rose Garden Lychee Sparkler features Empress 1908 Elderflower Rose Gin, strawberry puree, lychee syrup, lemon, and sparkling water.
Ingredients
- 1 oz strawberry puree
- 1 1/2 oz lychee syrup (from canned lychee)
- 1/2 oz lemon juice
- Dash rosewater
- 1/2 cup sparkling water
- 1 1/2 oz Empress 1908 Elderflower Rose Gin
- Garnish: strawberry, lychee, edible flower
Instructions
- Add strawberry puree, lychee syrup, lemon juice and rosewater to a cocktail glass and stir to combine.
- Fill the glass with ice. Add sparkling water. Slowly pour Empress 1908 Elderflower Rose Gin, creating a layer over the drink.
- If desired, garnish with strawberry, lychee and an edible flower. Stir before enjoying.
