The Rosé French 75 is made with gin, lemon juice, simple syrup, and sparkling rosé for a simple and delicious Valentine’s Day cocktail!

Instructions
Rosé French 75
Add gin, lemon juice and simple syrup to a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake until chilled.
Strain into a champagne flute.
Top with sparkling rosé. Garnish with a cupid’s arrow pick.
Cupid’s Arrow Garnish
Place the heart with the pointed edge facing outward on one side of the toothpick as the “tip” of the arrow.
Use a paring knife to cut the second heart into 3 v-shaped pieces.
Place the 3 pieces on the other side toothpick, spacing them out slightly as the “feather” of the arrow.
