Rhubarb Infused Vodka

1 rhubarb stalk, diced
1
cup
vodka
Rhubarb Sgroppino Cocktail
1
heaping scoop lemon sorbet
3/4
oz
rhubarb infused vodka
3
oz
prosecco
Garnish: edible flower, rhubarb
Instructions
Rhubarb Infused Vodka
Add diced rhubarb and vodka to a jar and seal. Refrigerate for 24-72 hours. When ready to use, strain out solids using a mesh strainer.
Rhubarb Sgroppino Cocktail
Add lemon sorbet, rhubarb vodka and prosecco to a mixing glass or cup. Whisk until smooth.
Pour into a coupe glass. If desired, garnish with rhubarb and edible flowers. Enjoy immediately.
