Ingredients

Rhubarb Infused Vodka

  • 1 1 rhubarb stalk, diced
  • 1 cup vodka

Rhubarb Sgroppino Cocktail

  • 1 heaping scoop lemon sorbet
  • 3/4 oz rhubarb infused vodka
  • 3 oz prosecco
  • Garnish: edible flower, rhubarb

Instructions

Rhubarb Infused Vodka

  • Add diced rhubarb and vodka to a jar and seal. Refrigerate for 24-72 hours. When ready to use, strain out solids using a mesh strainer.

Rhubarb Sgroppino Cocktail

  • Add lemon sorbet, rhubarb vodka and prosecco to a mixing glass or cup. Whisk until smooth.
  • Pour into a coupe glass. If desired, garnish with rhubarb and edible flowers. Enjoy immediately.
