  • oz gin
  • ¾ oz simple syrup
  • ½ oz blood orange juice (half small blood orange)
  • ½ oz lemon juice
  • Egg white
  • ¾ oz red wine
  • Garnish: blood orange slice


  • Add gin, simple syrup, blood orange juice, lemon juice and egg white to a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake until chilled.
  • Remove the ice and dry shake for 30 seconds to 1 minute.
  • Pour into a cocktail glass. Slowly pour red wine over the drink.
  • Garnish with a blood orange slice.
