- 1½ oz gin
- ¾ oz simple syrup
- ½ oz blood orange juice (half small blood orange)
- ½ oz lemon juice
- Egg white
- ¾ oz red wine
- Garnish: blood orange slice
Add gin, simple syrup, blood orange juice, lemon juice and egg white to a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake until chilled.
Remove the ice and dry shake for 30 seconds to 1 minute.
Pour into a cocktail glass. Slowly pour red wine over the drink.
Garnish with a blood orange slice.
