These midnight margaritas are a frozen, coconut-lime twist on the iconic cocktail from Practical Magic, made with blanco tequila, Cointreau, fresh lime juice, and sweet cream of coconut. They come together in just 5 minutes and are the perfect spooky cocktail for Halloween parties, Practical Magic movie nights, or a cozy night in.

Instructions
Prepare the glasses - Add black sea salt to a shallow dish. Moisten the rims of two glasses with honey or citrus, then dip in the salt until coated.
To a blender, add tequila, Cointreau, lime juice, cream of coconut, ice and simple syrup, if using. Blend until smooth.
Divide into the prepared glasses. If desired, garnish with dried lavender and a dehydrated lime wheels.
Notes
Cream of coconut note: Cream of coconut is sweetened. Canned coconut milk and coconut cream are unsweetened. If you substitute for a different ingredient, adjust sweetness accordingly.
Simple syrup: Adjust sweetness depending on your taste. I make mine without any simple syrup.
Make a large batch for a Practical Magic movie night: Multiply the recipe as needed and blend in batches if your blender isn't large enough to comfortably hold the full amount.
