Pomegranate Elderflower Bourbon Sour
Equipment
- Donut pan
Ingredients
- 1 ½ oz bourbon
- 2 oz pomegranate juice
- ½ oz Fiorente Elderflower Liqueur
- ½ oz lemon juice
- ¼ oz maple syrup
For the ice wreath
- 1 cup cranberries
- ½ cup mint leaves
- 1 cup water
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a cocktail tin with ice. Shake vigorously and strain into a glass over an ice wreath.
For the ice wreath
- Add one layer of cranberries and mint leaves to each donut mold. Fill each mold up to 3/4 with water. Freeze until solid, about 3 hours. To remove, run the outside of the mold under warm water. Gently remove each ice wreath from the mold.
